Today is 01/31/2005.
I'll present the paper published by Kuong-Chung Tai at 1979 .
Originally, I have some questions about this paper but it's a pity to hear that the author of this paper was died at 2002.

CARY - Kuo-Chung Tai passed away at his home on Thursday, October 24, 2002.

He was born in Shanghai, China on June 21, 1948.

He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University in 1970 and both an M.S. and a PhD in Computer Science from Cornell University in 1973 and 1977. He was a professor in the Department of Computer Science at N.C. State for 26 years and the co-director for the NC State Software Engineering Laboratory.
